The BII30 program is the only program that has helped me in so many ways. I became a member back in June. I have lost a total of 35 pounds since then. I feel happy both physically and mentally. I am so grateful with Marcela for doing what she does. I had never worked out with weights before much less in the gym by myself. Her program is really easy to follow in the sense that she has your meal plan with the amount that should be consumed. In addition, she has workouts for either home or gym according to what you have available. If you don’t know how to complete the workouts there are videos attached to the workout that show you exactly how to do it. My lifestyle has changed for the better because of this program. I have gotten used to eating my 5 meals a day and working out at the gym with weights by myself. The accountability is definitely a plus when it comes to staying committed to your goals and this program has that as well. If you commit to this lifestyle and put in the work you will definitely see results with the program.
