HOW LONG ARE YOUR WORKOUTS?
We warm-up for the first 10 mins of class, workout (Strength & HIIT) is about 40mins then we take 10mins to stretch and closing with some motivational words.
DO I GET A MEAL PLAN?
Yes, when you sign up for a membership you will get a meal guide, recipes and access to all our nutrition classes. If you would like to add a customized meal plan to your plan you can set up a consultation with our Registered Dietitian, she then can create a customized meal plan according to your goals and body composition.
WHAT IF I AM REALLY OUT OF SHAPE?
I AM VEGAN, CAN YOU HELP ME WITH A MEAL PLAN THAT WILL MEET MY NEEDS AND STILL SEE RESULTS?
WHAT TIMES CAN I WORK OUT?
We offer 5 different sessions a day. You choose the time slot that works for you. Check out our current schedule HERE .
